Speaking of Hymenoptera – Thank Wasp for Complex Wine

Apparently, wasps and hornets help make wine by biting the grapes and thus speeding fermentation, becoming “wine-lovers’ best friends” in the process. Kind of reminds me of Kopi Luwak (which I have had, and it is delicious), but not. Click on the photo for the whole story.
